Site Engineer - Liverpool & Stockport
Location: Liverpool & Stockport
Job Type: CIS or Permanent
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a growing contractor working across two exciting projects in the North West. The client is open to considering candidates on either a CIS contract basis or as a permanent employee.
Current Projects
Phase 1 - Liverpool £14 million industrial warehouse development
Groundworks package,
Concrete slab, construction,
Drainage installation,
Steel frame structure.
This project will be delivered first, with the successful candidate initially based in Liverpool before moving on to the next phase of works.
Phase 2 - Stockport
New-build residential apartment scheme
Low-rise apartment development
, Groundworks and infrastructure works.
Setting out and quality control responsibilities
upon completion of the Liverpool project, the successful candidate will transition onto the Stockport apartment development, providing long-term continuity of work.
Key Responsibilities
Setting out for groundworks, drainage, foundations and structures
Maintaining accurate site records and survey information
Quality assurance and ensuring works are delivered to specification
Liaising with site management teams, subcontractors and clients
Producing as-built surveys and documentation
Supporting the safe and efficient delivery of works on site
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Site Engineer within construction or civil engineering
Competent using Leica, Trimble or similar survey equipment
Strong understanding of groundworks and setting out
CSCS Card required
SSSTS or SMSTS beneficial but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
