Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Contract - £400 - £450 Per Day - PAYE/Umbrella
The Role:
Carmichael UK are looking for a proactive Site Engineer with water project experience to join a busy team in Abingdon. You will be responsible for supervising on-site works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and maintain site records and reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a site engineer in water or civil engineering projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes and water infrastructure.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Relevant engineering qualification (BEng/MEng or HNC/HND)
