Site Engineer - What You Will Be Doing:
Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with customers and their advisors.
Implement Strategies: Uphold company policies on sustainability, health and safety, quality, and training.
Problem-Solve: Proactively identify and resolve issues.
Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives for ongoing improvements.
Manage Staff: Oversee and develop junior staff through regular appraisals.
Ensure Compliance: Verify that project works meet contract specifications and maintain compliance records. Site Engineer - Key Accountabilities:
