Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Site Engineer for a long-term residential development project in Essex, offering approximately 12 months of continuous work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy civil engineering and groundworks team delivering large-scale housing infrastructure works.

Duties Will Include:

* Setting out for:

* Roads and highways

* Drainage works

* Services and utilities

* Foundations and associated infrastructure

* QA and as-built surveys

* Checking line and level

* Producing and maintaining site records

* Liaising with site management and subcontractors

* Ensuring works are completed to specification and programme

Requirements:

* Previous experience on housing or residential infrastructure projects

* Strong setting out experience

* Competent using GPS and robotic total station equipment

* CSCS card

* Engineering qualification preferred

* Ability to work independently and manage workload
