RC Frame Site Engineer – West London
Location: West London

We are currently seeking an experienced RC Frame Site Engineer to join a leading main contractor on a major construction project in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer with a strong reinforced concrete background to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale project, working closely with the Site Management and Engineering teams.
The Role:
As an RC Frame Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of reinforced concrete works on site, ensuring works are completed safely, accurately and in accordance with the project programme and specifications.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Setting out and surveying for RC frame and associated structural works
* Checking reinforcement, formwork and concrete installations
* Ensuring works are constructed in accordance with drawings, specifications and approved methodology
* Producing and maintaining accurate site records
* Carrying out quality inspections and assisting with snagging and defect resolution
* Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors and design teams
* Reviewing drawings and identifying any technical issues or discrepancies
* Assisting with technical queries and resolving site-based engineering issues
* Monitoring subcontractor progress and workmanship
* Supporting the project team with engineering and QA requirements
* Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety procedures
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer within RC frame construction
* Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, reinforcement and formwork
* Experience working for a main contractor or major subcontractor
* Excellent setting-out and surveying skills
* Ability to read and interpret structural and engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Relevant engineering/construction qualification or equivalent experience
* CSCS card and relevant site certifications
