Hiring: Site Engineer (Civil/EC&I)
Location: Pontypridd (20 weeks) followed by Swansea (10 weeks)
Start Date: This Coming Monday
Duration: 30 Weeks Total Contract
Rate: Negotiable (Depending on experience/kit)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Site Engineer to oversee and deliver a major cable routing project. You will initially be based in Pontypridd for 20 weeks before moving with the project to Swansea for the final 10 weeks.
This role is heavily focused on robust quality management, accurate documentation, and tracking progress across extensive cable routes.
Key Responsibilities
Managing quality assurance (QA) procedures and documentation.
Developing, maintaining, and signing off on ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
Producing accurate As-Built drawings and survey data.
Overseeing engineering control for cable routing and associated civil/trenching works.
Requirements
Proven track record as a Site Engineer working on cable routes, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
Strong technical expertise in QA, As-Builts, and ITPs is non-negotiable.
Own Kit Preferred (Please specify what equipment you can provide upon application).
