An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Coordinator looking to take their next step and join the team at ctrg
Pay Information:
* £14 per hour
* 40 hours per week
* Paid Weekly - every Friday!
On-Site Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities
* Daily management of active headcount to ensure fulfilment of requirements are met
* Manage and resolve worker queries related to payroll, attendance, or general onsite issues
* Processing of candidate applications, from job advertisement through to managing applications
* Provide training and induction to new employees
* Ensure the accurate and timely submission of weekly payroll for all workers
* Manage, coach and develop the onsite team
As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills (Essential)
* Experience in Outlook, Excel and Word (Essential)
* Full driving license or be able to commute to DN37 9TS without replying on public transportation (Essential)
* Flexible approach to working hours. early mornings and weekend working will be required (Essential)
* Previous experience as team leader or supervisor (Desirable)
* Experience in a food production environment (Desirable)
