Candidate must have been in the UK for a period of 3 years or more
Candidate must be able to provide 2 work references
Capabilities
Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner, assisting with a wide range of activities
Comply with companies Health and Safety processes and procedures
Assist with the completion of both reactive and planned tasks
Good customer relationship skills
Undertake role in professional and safe manner at all time
Carry out general security tasks such as management of CCTV and alarm systems
Undertake activities requested by client efficiently and effectively
Carry out general cleaning/ maintenance tasks when required
Raising, updating and closing down of reactive tasks and remedial works
Undertake statutory inspections
Provide first line response to reactive events
Porterage and logistic support services as required - ordering, distribution and storage of materialsINDLS
