Search Consultancy is looking for a reliable, experienced Site Cleaner to oversee daily site welfare and cabin maintenance for a commercial development in Newcastle upon Tyne. We are partnering with an established main contractor requiring an attentive cleaner to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards across key site facilities.

The Role
Site Welfare Maintenance: Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining site welfare facilities, including canteens, offices, meeting rooms, drying rooms, and washrooms/toilet blocks.
Surface & Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down high-touch surfaces, desks, counters, and site appliances.
Waste & Replenishment: Emptying bins, managing site refuse areas, and ensuring soap dispensers, hand towels, and toilet rolls are fully stocked daily.
Standards & Compliance: Maintaining pristine cleanliness standards in line with site health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
Experience: Proven cleaning experience (commercial, industrial, or construction site cleaning preferred).
Reliability: Self-motivated, punctual, trustworthy, and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
PPE: Basic safety footwear and high-vis vest required for walking through site areas.
Right to Work: Must have a valid right to work in the UK.
