Our client, an established Utilities contractor, operating nationwide, is seeking for experienced Site/Civils Agents in the East Anglia Region. As a Site/Civils Agent you will be overseeing and coordinating the Utility projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role involves managing project teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Plan, organize, and manage utility projects specifically supervision of Gas Demolition Works and New Gas Installations in various locations.

Develop project schedules and budgets, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure project deadlines and financial targets are met.
*
Carry out risk assessments and implement reliable strategies to eliminate the risks.
*
Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure flawless project execution.
*
Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring work is completed according to design specifications and quality standards.
*
Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
*
Give strong emphasis on all project activities to comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
*
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet specified standards.
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and report project status, changes, and challenges to senior management.
*
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of necessary materials and equipment.
*
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
*
Strong knowledge of utility construction, methods & strategies.
*
Proficiency in project management software & tools.
*
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*
Willingness to engage in continuous improvement including getting a Shea Gas certification.
*
Strong verbal & written communication and problem-solving skills.
