Site Caretaker

Description:

We are looking for a Site Caretaker to work for an innovative high-performance engineering company, helping to keep its facilities clean, tidy and welcoming for employees and visitors. This is a practical, hands-on role covering cleaning, housekeeping and day-to-day site support, ideal for a reliable and proactive person who takes pride in their work.
 
The Site Caretaker will be responsible for:

Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, toilets and communal areas to a high standard.
Emptying bins and managing waste and recycling, ensuring correct disposal.
Replenishing washroom and kitchen supplies and monitoring cleaning stock levels.
Keeping entrances, walkways and external areas tidy and free from litter.
Preparing rooms for meetings and company events, including arranging furniture.
Reporting maintenance issues, damage and safety hazards to the Facilities team.
Moving deliveries and supplies around the site and driving company vehicles between sites when required.  
The Site Caretaker will have:

Previous experience in cleaning, caretaking, housekeeping or a similar role (desirable)
Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, organised spaces.
A reliable approach, with the ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
A friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
Awareness of safe cleaning practices and the correct use of products and equipment
A clean driving licence.
