SITE AGENT//AYLESBURY//FREELANCE OUTSIDE IR35
We are urgently looking for an experienced Site Agent with Utilities experience for a top client of ours who have been given Utility Diversion works (Gas, Water & Electrics) in the Aylesbury area.
Based from site, duties will include site set up, creating RAMs and WPPs, assisting with Design and Planning, Ordering Plant & Materials and attending regular progress meetings.
They seek someone who has Utilities experience to their name and who holds SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification. HS2 exposure an advantage also.
Top rate on offer (tbd) which is Outside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and long term contract with lots of opportunities in the pipeline.
