Purpose of the Role:
  
As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for managing a section of works on infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with client and company standards while maintaining a safe working environment.
  
Key Accountabilities:

Create and maintain a safe working environment.
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned works, including supervision of site team and supply chain.
Plan, control, and monitor progress of works, coordinating with project team.
Manage costs for assigned section of work and implement value engineering solutions.
Attend client and stakeholder meetings, building effective relationships.
Report progress and performance to Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Lead and manage direct reports, ensuring competence and performance standards are met.   
Competency Requirements:

Ability to work safely.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of CDM 15 and NEC.
Commercial acumen.
Leadership and delegation skills.
Advanced problem-solving abilities.   
Technical/Professional Expertise and Qualifications:

HNC or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
SMSTS certification.
Relevant CSCS card.
Office 365 expertise/CAD proficiency.
Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) certification (Desirable).
First Aid certification (Desirable).
Relevant experience in Civil Engineering projects.
