Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their dynamic team in the county of Devon. This role is crucial for the successful delivery of water infrastructure projects across various South West Water locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and the construction team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental policies.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and efficiency.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the water industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or related fields including SMSTS.
