Negotiable PAYE Day Rate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects across North Devon.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract role on a portfolio of civil engineering schemes, working within an established delivery team on projects involving highways, drainage, infrastructure and environmental works.
The Role
Managing day-to-day site operations
Leading site teams and subcontractors
Planning and coordinating works programmes
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Liaising with clients, stakeholders and commercial teams
Managing quality, HSEQ and project documentation
Supporting project reporting and progress meetings
Requirements
Previous experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering
Strong understanding of NEC contracts
Experience delivering infrastructure, highways, drainage or environmental projects
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
