Site Agent / Project Manager – Substation Project

Location: Necton, Norfolk
Duration: 6 Months
Start Date: Beginning of September 2026
Rate: £450 per day
Hours: Full-time

Anglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent / Project Manager to join a substation project in Necton, Norfolk, starting at the beginning of September.

This is a 6-month contract for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in managing site operations and delivering projects safely, efficiently and to programme.

The Role:

* Managing the day-to-day running of the site

* Coordinating subcontractors, site teams and deliveries

* Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standards

* Monitoring progress and reporting to the wider project team

* Liaising with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders

* Ensuring site documentation and records are maintained

* Supporting the delivery of the project from start to completion

* Maintaining a strong focus on health & safety and quality

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Site Agent, Project Manager or similar

* Strong construction site management experience

* Experience working on substation, power, utilities or infrastructure projects would be highly advantageous

* Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Relevant site management qualifications/tickets

* Right to work in the UK

Rate: £450 per day
Duration: 6 months
Start: Beginning of September 2026
