Description:
Abatec is recruiting an experienced Site Agent to join a tier one Civil Engineering contractor on an ongoing freelance basis. Our client's multi-million-pound project, that’s located in Somerset, requires a Site Agent with previous experience in RC structures, infrastructure and general civil engineering. The successful applicant will be based at Hinkley Point C, initially, on the ancillary buildings section of work.
As a Site Agent you will:
* Join a project management team responsible for delivering a multi-million-pound scheme.
* Checking and preparing site reports, keeping up to date safety standards.
* Supervise, oversee, and keep track of the projects progress ensuring construction meets with clients. specifications and requirements.
* Meet regularly with senior management, providing programme and progress reports.
Our client requires a Site Agent with:
* ONC/HNC/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent
* Experience within the Civil Engineering sector, ideally with RC structures, infrastructure and general civil engineering works
* SMSTS, CSCS Managers card, 1st aid
Salary/Benefits:
* £470 - £510 (PAYE)
