Are you an experienced Site Agent with a strong background in civil engineering? Ready for your next career challenge? We're looking for you!
We're teaming up with a top civil engineering contractor to find a Site Agent based in Cumbernauld. Our client is known for their commitment to staff development and expertise in rail and civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently organise the onsite workforce.
Optimise resource usage on site.
Deliver contracts safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ).
Keep accurate site records.
Ensure work aligns with safety procedures.
Build positive relationships on and off the site.
Key Requirements:
Minimum HNC qualification in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in civil contracting.
Previous experience as a Site Agent in rail and civil infrastructure projects is essential.
Rail experience is a must.
SMSTS certification.
