Sphere Solutions is working with a regional Civil Engineering contractor to recruit an experienced Site Agent, sites will be in various locations across South and Mid Devon.

Projects will include major and minor highways schemes, kerbing, retaining walls and bridges. Suitable candidates will have UK civil engineering experience and be familiar with the local supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing civils projects, managing site operations and teams

* Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering toolbox talks

* Monitoring project progress

* Budget management, quality control, and client communication

* prepare reports, schedules, and documentation

Key Requirements

* Must have valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS, (Street Works advantageous)

* Previous UK experience working on Civil projects is essential.

* Strong leadership skills

* Excellent communication abilities

* A thorough understanding of civil engineering principles.
