Description:
Contract Scotland is teaming up with a highly reputable, multi-disciplined Civil Engineering contractor specialising in industrial services, civil infrastructure, and infrastructure projects. At present, we are on the lookout for a skilled Freelance Site Agent to contribute to a scour protection project situated in Aberdeen.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building positive relationships both on-site and off-site.
Efficiently managing the procurement of equipment and materials.
Supervising and coordinating staff and subcontractors.
Overseeing permits and safety inspections.
Ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Here's what awaits you:
Immediate start, with an estimated project duration of 5 months.
Monday to Friday.
10 to 11-hour days.
Daily rate ranging from £300 to £530 (PAYE only).
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you should have:
A minimum of an HNC level qualification in civil engineering.
Experience working on bridge projects would be desirable.
Experience working on environmentally sensitive projects.
Previous experience in site management within the civil engineering sector.
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid, all of which are crucial for this role.
