Site Agent required at the Port of Dover for a tier one contractor!

We’re recruiting for an experienced Site Agent who has a mixture of experience of project delivery and maintenance contracts. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work at the Port of Dover leading a minor civils works framework and managing a team over a 5 year period.

The business is an excellent employer working nationwide on major projects in rail, highways and water. They have a culture to promote from within, train their staff and take pride in their delivery and safety on site.

The Site Agent will be responsible for managing a small team on a day-to-day basis, as well as a team of up to 10 operatives. Due to the increasing use of the port and recent expansion the framework is expected to consistently produce new schemes for you to plan and manage as well as build as relationship with the client and begin to secure more work on complex projects.

The role will also suit a someone who has been in a Maintenance Manager or Depot Manager role
