The Opportunity We’re recruiting a Site Agent for a respected civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Devon and Somerset.
With a strong secured workload, projects typically range from £5m to £40m across:
Highways and infrastructure
Bridges and structures
Section 278 works
Public realm
Road widening and junction improvements The Role
You’ll take responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of projects, managing:
Day-to-day site operations
Site teams and subcontractors
Client and progress meetings
Short-term programmes and look-aheads
RAMS and H&S compliance
Engineering drawings and specifications
Quality assurance and project delivery About You
You’ll be an experienced Site Agent with:
Civil Engineering degree or relevant qualification
Main contractor experience
Highways, infrastructure or structures experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good commercial awareness
A practical, proactive approach to delivery The Package
