Site Agent – Civils / EA Works
Up to £60k Basic Salary, Car/Allowance & Generous Package
Tier 1 Contractor

This fantastic opportunity to join a leading Tier multi-disciplinary contractor, is, on this occasion for a Site Agent, working within Water/Civils sector, with the initial project being on a flood alleviation scheme in South Yorkshire and will be to take projects from contract award through to completion as part of their senior management team.

The ethos and desire to deliver projects to a high standard has already enabled them to grow their portfolio of framework wins with the major utilities providers across the UK and provides a massive pipeline of secured work with more to come, which in an uncertain world can give long term job security.

PROJECT SCOPE

Works predominantly within the Water Sector delivering schemes mainly c.£3m-£20m
Management of construction programme and weekly reporting to contract manager/project Manager
Allocating and management of sub contractors and site staff & associated costings vs Budget
Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to
Liaison with client and other contractors
Manage Design Co-ordination
Understand and administer contract changes
Monitoring of QA and environmental processes
Play the key role overseeing, motivating and communicating with Sub Agents, GF’s and those below

KEY ATTRIBUTES

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Preferably engineering background
Experienced as an Agent with working knowledge of NEC Contracts
SMSTS
First Aid
Temporary Works Coordinator
Cranes AP
