SITE AGENT
BIR are recruiting for a Site Agent, with experience in Building for a main contractor. This is a Holiday cover and based in West London.
This is a freelance position for 2 months starting from 24th of June 2024.
Ideal Site Agent candidate will have experience in Building construction including external works and demobilising works (scaffold removal and tower carne removal) as well as Managing HSE and Fire management on site.
Duties will include
* Managing external scope of works
* Inputting into and managing the programme
* Managing Scaffold dismantling.
* Managing Tower crane dismantling and associated logistic work.
* Coordinate above work with other sub-contractors on site.
* Manage Health and Saft, Fire management for above works.
Experience with
* tenders and sub-contractor management
* temporary works.
* Civils qualification would be beneficial
