Site Agent – Merseyrail Project
Location: Merseyside
Start: November 2026
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Role: Site Agent
Working: Monday–Friday, daily site attendance
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Agent to support a major rail infrastructure project in the Merseyside area.
This is an excellent short-term opportunity for an experienced Agent with a strong background in rail, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
The role will involve:

Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.

Supervising site teams, subcontractors and supply chain.
*
Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with the programme, quality requirements and relevant RAMS.
*
Coordinating with the wider project management team and stakeholders.
*
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
*
Providing strong leadership and maintaining effective communication across site.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Agent / Site Manager within civil engineering, rail or infrastructure.
*
Strong knowledge of site management and delivery.
*
Excellent understanding of health & safety and quality requirements.
*
Relevant site qualifications, ideally including SMSTS.
*
Rail experience would be highly advantageous.
*
Must be locally based and able to commute to site daily.
*
Available to start in November 2026.
Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks, with the potential for further opportunities depending on project requirements.
