Description:

As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the successful delivery of the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organisational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site staff, and construction workers.
Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and address any issues that arise.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and local authorities.
Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Manage site documentation, including reports, records, and inspections.
Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop contingency plans as necessary.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
