SITE ADMINISTRATOR - LONG-TERM INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT ????
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Administrator to join a major infrastructure project in the South Ockendon area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to join an established construction team on a long-term project.
The Role
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site team
Maintaining site records, documents and filing systems
Updating spreadsheets, reports and databases
Assisting with timesheets, attendance and workforce records
Managing site documentation and ensuring records are kept up to date
Supporting site management with general administrative duties
Liaising with office staff, site personnel and subcontractors
Assisting with inductions and onboarding documentation
Ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Site Administrator within construction or civil engineering
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Good attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong communication skills
Able to work in a busy site environment
Previous infrastructure or major projects experience is advantageous???? South Ockendon area
