Description:
Site Administrator Required – Stansted Airport
Location: Stansted Airport
Start: Immediate
Duration: Long-term
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm
Pay Rate: £16.85/hr (PAYE Umbrella)
Duties:
* General site administration and office support
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Maintaining accurate site records and filing documents
* Updating spreadsheets and databases
* Assisting with timesheets and workforce records
* Ordering office supplies and PPE when required
* Liaising with site management, operatives, and subcontractors
* Ensuring all site documentation is kept up to date
Requirements:
* Previous administration experience
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Right to Work in the UK
* Must be able to provide 5 years of work history to obtain an Airside Pass
