Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a dedicated Site Administrator to join their team in Hartlepool. This full-time role involves a variety of administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth running of the site. Key responsibilities include welcoming visitors, maintaining a professional office environment, and supporting the management team with documentation and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and host visitors to the project site.
* Maintain a professional presentation of the office.
* Support the management team with site operations and document updates.
* Assist with the induction process and setup of new contractors and operatives.
* File and update information using the Total Information Management System.
* Collaborate with the Design Manager on managing project design information with Dalux.
* Follow up on subcontractor completion information.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
* Organise on-site events in collaboration with the Site Team.
* Promote social value initiatives, including engagement with local schools and colleges.
* Support the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
* Use company databases to generate reports as needed.
* Log and track deliveries.
* Order supplies and equipment, ensuring proper tracking.
* Book skip collections and log relevant data.
* Report and follow up on welfare defects with suppliers.
* Organise and book meeting rooms.
* Update the holiday planner tracker.
* Produce site rotas.
* Coordinate with project support staff to maintain a professional office environment.
Requirements:
