SITE ADMINISTRATOR - FIXED TERM UP TO 24 MONTHS - North Oxford
Minibus service from North Oxford P&R to site is provided
On behalf of a highly successful construction company, we are looking for an experienced site-based administrator to work as part of the project team on a prestigious new build project in Oxford.
This will be on a Fixed Term basis, initially for 2 years, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Duties will include:
* Administrative support to the Site Management team using a range of IT system.
* Collating of Monthly Progress Reports
* Logging of Design Submissions to Clients and returned comments
* Use of Document Control system
* Supporting the Logistics Manager with post-induction administration, such as:
* Photocopy/scan and file all CSCS cards.
* Filing of Site Induction paperwork
* Registering of operatives onto Data Scope system
* Issue of Carpark permits
* Updating of Daily Activity forms, printing, and preparation for daily meetings
* Ensuring meetings are organised correctly (booking rooms, organising refreshements etc)
* Scanning and uploading Safety/QA to Project Filing system
* Liaising with HO Admin team to organise office consumables and equipment
Essential experience:
* At least 2 years previous admin / secretarial experience
* Experience of working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills.
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Good people skills including communication and interpersonal skills.
* A high level of both written and verbal communication.
This is a busy role which would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is also able to use their own initiative.
This is a full-time, site based position. Working hours can either be:
7.30am to 4pm
8am to 4.30pm
8.30am to 5pm
With one hour lunch break.
