Description:

BMSL require a Construction Site Administrator at a site in Canary Wharf, East London.

Previous experience as a Construction Site Administrator is desired.

Main Accountabilities:

* Production of documents in word and excel

* Maintaining records and databases

* Controlling and monitoring of incoming and outgoing documents

* Minute taking at meetings, staff disciplinary and grievances

* Emailing, faxing and filing

* Co-ordination and managing of office supplies and facilities

* Processing of incoming and outgoing post

* Acting as a support desk to ensure site queries are answered

* Communication to site – to include team bulletins, process changes and meeting minutes.

Personal Qualities:

* Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage own workload

* Good communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.

* Ability to work under pressure when required

* Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative

* A friendly, flexible approach

* IT Literate, experience of Microsoft Excel and Word packages

Pay rate will be £13.15ph, Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5:30pm. Paid umbrella.
