With your application, you will be joining a prestigious Construction Company renowned for developing, constructing, and operating large accommodation-based schemes. This covers residential, student accommodation, and care & retirement living apartments. The Ideal Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' administrative experience within the construction industry, ideally a Tier 1 background, and be able to perform document control.
Responsibilities:
* Document Management: Create, classify, and maintain project documents, ensuring they are easily retrievable.
* Version Control: Manage document versions to ensure that only the latest versions are used and distributed.
* Compliance: Ensure all documents comply with company, industry, and regulatory standards.
* Coordination and Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external parties to meet documentation needs.
* Security and Confidentiality: Control access to sensitive documents and ensure secure backup and recovery plans.
* Auditing and Reporting: Conduct regular audits and generate reports on document status and issues.
* Use of Document Management Systems: Implement and maintain electronic document management systems.
* Quality Assurance: Review documents for accuracy and perform regular quality checks.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years Administration & Document Control Experience within Construction industry.
* Full UK driving License and vehicle access.
* Proficient with Microsoft Software (Word, Edexcel).
* Fully literate with 4P & Fieldview software, Smartway or similar document control software.
* Willing to potentially travel between sites in Leeds and York.
