We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join a busy and growing construction team. This is a full-time, office-based role, working closely with project teams to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing full administrative support to project and site teams
* Managing project documentation and correspondence
* Maintaining document control systems and ensuring accuracy
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Tracking project progress, updating records, and reporting
* Supporting health & safety documentation and compliance
* Organising meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a construction or engineering environment
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
