Salary: Up to £44,000 plus benefits (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)

Overview:
Join our team at Private Hospital in Aberdeen as a Sister/ Charge Nurse.
Full-time role for 37.5 hours a week with flexible shifts, including long days, short days, and additional weekends.

Sister - Charge Nurse Duties:
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the Hospital Ward and its staff.
• Provide clinical leadership in the effective and efficient management of ward resources, driving clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients.
• Work to maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users.
• Lead and support the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda.
• Conduct yourself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

Sister - Charge Nurse Requirements:
• Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
• Experienced in acute nursing care.
• Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
• Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
• Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
• Recruitment and selection skills.
• Experience working in an acute healthcare sector in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent.
