Description:
Our client, a leading company in the Rail Communications sector, is currently seeking an experienced SISS Design Engineer/CRE to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of (SISS) within the rail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and configure SISS systems in accordance with project requirements
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Attend meetings with clients, management, sub-contractors and internal teams.
Create detailed design documentation, including system schematics and layouts
Liaise with telecoms technicians and design, install and test staff, and additional collaboration with signalling design and installation teams.
Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or faults that arise during the design and implementation process
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in SISS design and engineering
Expertise in Public Address Systems and CCTV, PHP, CIS, Network protocols and Telecommunication Infrastructures.
Telecoms design experience - as a CRE
