Description:

We are representing a long-established architectural signage and brand implementation specialist based in Leeds.
Known for delivering bespoke architectural displays, illuminated signage, and structural branding, they are expanding their production team and seeking an experienced sign maker
This is a permanent role working on varied, custom architectural projects, not high-volume repetitive line work.
Responsibilities
* TIG & MIG welding, cutting, folding, and forming sheet metals (Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel)
* Fabricating 3D built-up letters, illuminated lightbox frames, and structural support frameworks from technical drawings
* Preparing fabricated metalwork for powder coating, wet spraying, or assembly
* Working to ensure aesthetic finish before client installation
Requirements
* Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication & Welding (TIG welding aluminium is essential)
* Prior experience in sign manufacturing, architectural metalwork, retail display, or bespoke furniture
* Ability to work from CAD drawings
* Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a reliable team-player attitude
