Job Title: SIA Licenced Event Security Operatives for Summer 2024

Salary: £13 per hour
Job Type: Temporary, Self-Employed. Adhoc
About Us: We are currently seeking SIA licenced security operatives for upcoming events this summer on behalf of our subsidiary, Optima Risk Management. If you're passionate about ensuring the safety and security of events while enjoying the excitement of the industry, this opportunity is for you. Please note, eligible candidates must be available to work at short notice.
Responsibilities:
* Providing security services for events (Music Festivals).
* Ensuring the safety and security of event venues and attendees.
* Conducting security checks and monitoring access points.
* Responding promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.
* Role specific (Access Control, Pit Staff, Backstage etc). This will be allocated to you upon commencement of the event. Therefore, if you are not willing to adhere to this, your contract will be terminated.
Requirements:
* SIA Licence is essential (Security Guards, Door Supervisors, Close Protection).
* Full vetting compliance will be completed via Optima Risk Management in accordance with BS:7858.
* Must be self-employed.
* Possession of a valid driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential as you will be required to travel to various locations across the UK to cover events.
* Previous experience in event security is highly desirable.
