SHUTTERING FORMWORK SUPERVISOR / WORKING FOREMAN / SITE MANAGER
Coventry
£300 – £350 per day

We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Shuttering Formwork Supervisors / Black Hat Working Foremen / Site Managers for a major construction project in Coventry.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading a team of operatives on site, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. This is a hands-on leadership role on a live construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising shuttering / formwork gangs on site
* Running daily briefings and toolbox talks
* Ensuring full site health & safety compliance at all times
* Coordinating daily site activities and labour allocation
* Ordering and managing materials as required
* Leading a team of approximately 15 operatives
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and productivity
* Working closely with site management and project delivery teams
Requirements
* Valid Black Hat CSCS card (essential)
* Strong background in carpentry / shuttering / formwork
* Proven experience as a working foreman or supervisor
* Ability to lead teams and manage site safely
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience on civil engineering / infrastructure projects (desirable)
