The role requires a strong understanding of shuttering techniques, along with the ability to work safely and independently on-site. The candidate should be diligent, reliable, and able to interpret technical drawings to produce precise formwork solutions.
CSCS Blue card is essential
Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter (Formwork)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Strong understanding of safety procedures and standards
Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
Reliable with good communication skills
