We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified English Teacher to join a GOOD rated Malvern based Secondary School. This is a temporary position commencing in September 2024 and concluding in January 2025.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
Proven experience in delivering the KS3 and KS4 English curriculum with a track record of student engagement and academic success.
Exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
A commitment to inclusive education and the promotion of literacy across the curriculum.
The ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
Strong organisational and communication skills.Responsibilities include:
Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging English lessons.
Assessing and recording students' progress and providing feedback.
Participating in departmental meetings, parent evenings, and whole-school training events.
