SHIPPING & SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
KNOWSLEY
£23-£25K DOE
9 month FTC – FULL TIME
My client has been established for almost 40 years, they design and manufacture an extensive range of products and services. Due to a member of staff going on maternity leave, they are looking to recruit a Shipping and Service Administrator to join their team on a 9 month FTC, with a view to a permanent role.
Shipping Responsibilities;
Processing sales requirements, producing quotes, ship and bill for invoicing
Processing shipping documentation in line with company processes and procedures
Arranging shipments via air, sea and courier
Liaising with other depots regarding returns / fails
Resolving any issues
Updating the status of the shipments on in-house databases
Service Administration Responsibilities;
Liaising with sites to ensure prepared for delivery / installation
Dealing with service and maintenance queries via telephone and email
Providing service and maintenance quotes
Reviewing job status
Preparing documentation including RAMS, Health and Safety documents
Placing internal orders for service parts
Keeping documentation up to date
Maintaining internal databases
The successful candidate will be organised, people orientated, target and goal focussed and ne proactive.
