Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Description
As a Shipping Coordinator reporting to the Master Production Scheduler, you will have the following responsibilities.
Process export shipping documentation, including Letters of Credit and Export Licenses where applicable, and coordinate shipments through freight forwarders in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs regulations and customer requirements.
Prepare quality assurance documents for the release of goods in compliance with CAA, FAA, and EASA regulations.
Maintain accurate export transaction files and logs, as well as UK export license files for record-keeping and audit purposes.
Collaborate with Customer Support and Customer Account Administrators to review customer purchase orders for export and shipping requirements, ensuring compliance with UK and international government export regulations.
Update and maintain business output plans with current product release statuses.
Regularly attend and lead team DLA meetings.
Provide general support to supply chain management.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant export controls and legislation and be thoroughly familiar with company policies.
