Shipping Administrator Benefits:
Salary : £23,000 - based on 37.5 hours per week
Location: Gainsborough
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pmShipping Administrator Duties:
Liaising with overseas suppliers, hauliers and any other third party necessary
Processing Sales Orders and purchase orders
Dealing with Shipping of goods for customers overseas and in the UK, producing correct paperwork and documentation.
Handling Customer enquiries
Dealing with buyers from small companies up to household name companies
General day to day office tasksShipping Administrator Skills required:
Previous shipping / importing / exporting experience (preferred)
Great communication skill
Excellent customer service skills
Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
Proficiency using computing systems / Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel / Sage
