Are you an experienced Shift Technician with an electrical, mechanical or HVAC maintenance background? We’re recruiting for Shift Technicians to join a leading engineering team supporting a portfolio of high-profile commercial buildings across London.
This is a varied role within a London-wide engineering operation, offering exposure to multiple prestigious sites, a strong salary and opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime and additional shift cover.
The Role
As a Shift Technician, you will:
Carry out planned and reactive building services maintenance.
Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues across critical systems.
Maintain electrical, mechanical and HVAC equipment.
Support the safe and reliable operation of multiple London sites.
Work closely with Shift Leads and the wider engineering team.
Provide additional shift cover when required. About You
To be successful as a Shift Technician, you’ll have:
An electrical, mechanical or HVAC engineering background.
Relevant building services or engineering qualifications.
Experience within commercial maintenance or Hard FM.
Strong PPM, reactive maintenance and fault-finding experience.
A flexible approach to working across multiple locations.
Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude. Electrical experience is particularly desirable, although candidates with strong mechanical or HVAC backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
