What will you be doing as a Shift Support Engineer?
* Reset equipment errors caused by product, equipment, or operator issues.
* Support maintenance activities on automated equipment and systems.
* Follow escalation procedures and provide technical support when required.
* Support project and continuous improvement activities.
* Maintain site tools and equipment and report any loss or damage.
* Carry out cleaning and hygiene tasks as required.
* Provide clear communication to site teams, management, and support functions.
What are we looking for?
* Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance experience.
* Understanding of automation and control systems.
* Engineering qualification such as NVQ, BTEC or City & Guilds.
* Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
* Ability to work a shift pattern and participate in standby cover.
