Rotating Days & Nights
A leading manufacturer in Gloucester is looking for a Shift Production Manager to lead production teams, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality and delivery targets are achieved. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business investing heavily in its people and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop production teams across shifts
Drive performance against safety, quality and production KPIs
Ensure production plans and customer demands are met
Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor efficiency, labour utilisation and costs
Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams
Investigate production issues and implement solutions
Maintain compliance with Health & Safety standardsWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in a Production, Shift, Manufacturing or Operations Management role
Strong leadership skills within a manufacturing environment
Continuous improvement experience
KPI-driven with a focus on operational performance
Strong communication and people management skills
Backgrounds in FMCG, Food, Packaging, Automotive, Chemical or Manufacturing are desirablePackage:
