The role
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will manage a team of 3 Area Leaders and 100+ Operatives. You will be responsible for the end to end process, labour control, health & safety, technical standards and for driving growth whilst coaching and mentoring a well established team.
The person
Working for this highly dynamic and modern forward thinking business, we seek an individual with ideally food manufacturing experience with a good logical background, a forward thinker, an outstanding communicator and someone who is a people person, analytical and understands numbers. You will be hard working, timely and dedicated to providing quality products for our clients customers.
