Shift Manager
Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a Shift Manager based at a popular hotel establishment near Hunstanton.
As a Shift Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing hotel operations during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling and Staff Management:
Working alongside the General Manager and hotel staff to ensure all tasks and paperwork are complete.
Distributing assignments to hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
Guest Services:
Greeting and serving customers.
Handling client complaints promptly and courteously.
Ensuring high guest satisfaction in the delivery of all services.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhering to safety rules and regulations.
Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed.Qualifications:
Management experience is required.
Previous hospitality experience.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Salary: Between £30,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience.
