As a Shift Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring a safe, compliant and productive shift
Enforce safety standards and hold the team accountable to them
Manage shift operations and resources to hit the production plan
Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality and efficiency
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing shift team
Provide cover across both bakeries when required
As a Shift Manager, your experience will include:

Proven leadership experience in a production environment
Confidence making sound, timely operational decisions and knowing when to escalate
A track record in risk identification, management and mitigation
Strong working knowledge of safety legislation
Experience running or contributing to capital or improvement projects (advantageous)
