Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for a Sub Agent / Shift Manager with SCL - Spray Concrete Lining experience to join our team to work within the Tunnels team to join our Cross passages tunnelling team.

Role Purpose:

To provide Management, leadership and control of a team comprising Section Engineers, Site Engineers, focusing on SCL and Concrete activities.

What you'll be doing:

Liaise with designer to resolve technical issues
Produces a fully resourced stage programme in the accepted format / software Understands cost and value
Drafts correspondence to sub-contractors, suppliers and Client
Capable of taking ownership of tasks and communicating outcomes with clarity, including managing others in this regard.
Able to work on own initiative and seek out opportunities in line with level of responsibility.Who we're looking for:

Civil Engineering experience in SCL and Tunnels
Holds a valid CSCS
Has a UK driving licence
